This book describes the latest methods of oncological and hematological diagnostics such as immunological, molecular genetic and histological essays. All methods are described in principle in their different variations and compared in their effectiveness and cost. At the end of each chapter a detailed description of the "how-to-do" is given. The book is written for scientists, clinicians and personnel from research laboratories, specialised laboratories and routine diagnostic laboratories in hospitals. It satisfies the increased demand for information on new methods in hematology and oncology.

Data mining is considered as the analysis step of the Knowledge Discovery in Databases process where it composed of the pre-processing, machine learning and visualization of the input data. Pre-processing stage contain techniques for fixing the pre-assumptions made by some machine learning techniques on input data sets. Medical data sets as a real life data could not follow pre-assumption. Some techniques in the pre-processing stage could lead to a distortion in the internal structure of the medical data. This book disuses this problem and the ways of avoiding it through a set of proposed techniques.
Elasticity is a fundamental property of all substances occurring in nature. The theory of elasticity is concerned with the study of the response of elastic bodies to the action of forces. The importance of the application of the theory of elasticity in physics and technical mechanics involved in the stated problems from the viewpoint of mathematical analysis attracted the attention of the greatest investigators of the 20th centuries to this branch of science. This thesis is devoted to study some problems in the mechanics of elastic bodies, which might have some interesting applications in the Earthquake science, Geophysics, ..., etc. or in the industry, under certain boundary conditions. The topics discussed here are classified into two parts. The first and second chapters are concerned with the determination of frequency in orthotropic non-homogeneous cylinder and sphere. The third and fourth chapters are concerned with the determination of stress in a dynamical non-homogeneous cylinder containing core, using the stresses-strains relationship in which the elastic constants and density are taken as functions of the radial coordinates in the absence of the body forces
The main advantages electronic cash systems over other electronic payment systems are its bearing the characteristics of normal paper-based cash systems, i.e. the offline payment and the anonymity of the client (user). However, the anonymity property may be misused for illegal purpose where the signed code delivered to the client could be cloned by such client to be spent in multi-payment processes "double spending." The proposed schemes of such electronic cash system, started in 1988, failed to be the main e-payment model for e-commerce because none of these schemes could reach a solution to prevent the cloning during the payment process. This book offered a scheme that is capable of solving such problem by combining hardware and software technologies, represented by optical memory card (OMC) and mobile agent technology respectively.
