Abstract: Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: Bei der Strategie der
Mass-Customization verbindet ein Hersteller die Vorteile einer
Massenproduktion mit denen einer kundenspezifischen
Einzelfertigung. Jeder Kunde erhalt dabei genau das Produkt, das
seinen Wunschen und Bedurfnissen entspricht, zu einem Preis
vergleichbarer Massenware. Mass-Customization bedeutet in der
Bekleidungsindustrie somit massenhafte Produktion
masskonfektionierter Ware (Industrielle Masskonfektion). Ziel der
vorliegenden Arbeit ist die Formulierung einer
absatzmarktorientierten Expansionsstrategie des
Mass-Customization-Pioniers in Abhangigkeit von moglichen
absatzkanalbezogenen Verhaltensweisen des Bekleidungsherstellers.
Es geht um die Beantwortung der Frage, auf welche Art und Weise der
Mass-Customization-Pionier im Bekleidungseinzelhandel sein
Expansionsziel unter Beachtung eines durch das Herstellerverhalten
begrenzten Handlungsspielraumes erreichen kann. Als Expansionsziel
des Mass-Customization-Pioniers kann die Eroffnung moglichst vieler
Niederlassungen in moglichst kurzer Zeit angesehen werden. Gang der
Untersuchung: Zur Fundierung der theoretischen Erkenntnisse wurden
zahlreiche Expertengesprache mit Bekleidungsherstellern zum Thema
Industrielle Masskonfektion bzw. Mass-Customization gefuhrt. In
Kapitel 2 bilden die dominierenden absatzkanalpolitischen
Zielsetzungen des Bekleidungsherstellers den Ausgangspunkt zur
Ableitung seines absatzkanalbezogenen Verhaltens. Nach der Klarung
begrifflicher Grundlagen wird in Abschnitt 2.2 das Verhalten des
Herstellers unter der Zielsetzung der vertikalen Kooperation
behandelt. Im Rahmen der Ableitung des Herstellerverhaltens wird
dabei zunachst auf potentielle, der Zielerreichung entgegenwirkende
