contains beautiful hand drawn illustrations to enhance this
timeless classic in the most exquisite way. The book contains: Part

Laws and The Law of Love; The Finding of a Principle; At Rest in
The Kingdom and All Things Added Part II The Heavenly Life; The
Divine Centre; The Eternal Now; The "Original Simplicity"; The
Unfailing Wisdom; The Might of Meekness; The Righteous Man; Perfect
Love; Perfect Freedom; Greatness and Goodness; Heaven in the Heart
Foreword by James Allen: In seeking for pleasures here and rewards
hereafter men have destroyed (in their hearts) the Temple of
Righteousness, and have wandered from the Kingdom of Heaven. By
ceasing to seek for earthly pleasures and heavenly rewards, the
Temple of Righteousness is restored and the Kingdom of Heaven is
found. This truth is for those who are ready to receive it; and
this book also is for those whose souls have been prepared for the
acceptance of its teaching.
A young boy goes over to visit friends without calling them first
or even planning anything with them. When he arrives, they are not
home. He is upset by this fact and when he gets home, he tells his
mother that he won't be their friend anymore. She is disappointed
in him and explains that in order to have friends, you must be a
good friend. "You get what you give in life," is what she tells
him. He mends his ways and sees the benefits.
In the third book of the Gingerly series, readers will find that
Gingerly, Zoey, and a few others have decided to right a social
wrong. Although Gingerly is reluctant to get involved, Zoey, as
usual, convinces her friend that it's the right thing to do. See
how the duo's first attempt at using the power of friendship to
combat an issue in need of change.
Autism is a disorder that affects so many more children nowadays.
While it is prevalent in our society, many children are still
confused when they have a classmate who exhibits some of the
characteristics of autism. Things like stemming behaviors are the
topic of this story. A boy notices his classmate, Sarah, who stems
by flapping her hands in a flying motion. Before the teacher
explains to the class what is happening to Sarah, the boy believes
that she is trying to fly. This is a great story to share with all
children to help them understand and communicate about autistic
friends so that they can be even better friends to them.
In this, the fourth book in the Gingery chapter-book series, we
find Gingerly, Zoey, and Eric in the midst of a campaign to keep
the Christmas spirit alive at West Intermediate School. Because of
school district politics and pressure from outside groups, the
student body and staff are forbidden to display "Merry Christmas"
on campus. This, of course, does not sit well with our trio of
friends, so they set out to find a peaceful and fun way to
celebrate the season with friends. As a result, so delightful
changes are in store.
