Dieses Open-Access-Buch stellt einen theoriegeschichtlich fundierten Entwurf einer responsiven Rechtssoziologie dar. Er beruht auf der in der rechtssoziologischen Forschung gewonnenen Überzeugung, dass die Soziologie mehr über das Recht zu sagen hat, als sich an ihrer disziplinären Oberfläche erkennen lässt und als sie sich in ihren Selbstbeschreibungen zubilligt. Responsive Rechtssoziologie kann, so die These, als rechtssoziologischer Praxisdiskurs auf Grundlage wissenschaftlicher Autonomie der Soziologie formuliert werden.
