Leading experts outline the changing context for land use and

processes and profession of town planning are likely to be unable
to provide satisfactory policy responses in the future. Key themes
debated include:
* widening the remit of traditional town planning * giving land
and buildings a community value
* acting for people rather than simply for the market
* promoting an equalization of environmental conditions and
discouragement of motorization
* the need to anticipate long term global trends at the local and
national level.

Epic remake of the adventure classic from acclaimed director Peter
Jackson. In Depression-era New York, unscrupulous filmmaker Carl
Denham (Jack Black) is desperate to find a leading lady for his new
picture. After a chance encounter, naive actress Ann Darrow (Naomi
Watts) takes the role, and travels with Denham and sensitive
scriptwriter Jack Driscoll (Adrien Brody) to the mysterious Skull
Island, deep in the Indian Ocean. There the filmmakers discover a
secret, savage civilisation that time forgot, and that worships a
terrifying, gigantic ape called Kong (a motion-capture performance
from Andy Serkis). When Ann is captured to be sacrificed to Kong,
the ape becomes obsessed with her. Denham uses this obsession to
help capture Kong and transport him back to New York, where he
hopes he can make a fortune from exhibiting the creature. But after
Kong escapes, the ape unleashes his awesome power against the city
in an attempt to find Ann, the woman he truly loves, leading to a
tragic conclusion atop the Empire State Building.
Tye Sheridan, Logan Miller and Joey Morgan star in this comedy
horror directed by Christopher Landon. The film follows Scouts Ben
(Sheridan), Carter (Miller) and Augie (Morgan) as they set out on
the eve of their last ever night camping together to find that
their town has become overrun with zombies. Teaming up with
cocktail waitress Denise (Sarah Dumont), the boys get creative and
pit their wits against the zombie horde while utilising the skills
they've learned.
Disney-animated version of the Robin Hood tale, with Robin
characterised as a fox, Allan-a-Dale a rooster, Little John a bear,
Friar Tuck a badger and the Sheriff of Nottingham a wolf. Robin and
his merry band rob from the rich and give to the poor while England
is ruled by the corrupt King John (voiced by Peter Ustinov) - whose
snake advisor Hiss looks and sounds suspiciously like Terry-Thomas!
1960s comedy following teenager Jamie McGregor (Barry Evans) as he
tries to become involved with various girls. Jamie is in his final
year at school and works part-time at the local supermarket.
However, he prefers to spend his time with his friends, going to
parties and chasing girls. He is determined to lose his virginity
and therefore isn't picky about his dates, though he manages to get
a chance with the most attractive girl at his school. Will she be
the one to help him achieve his goal? 'Traffic' and 'The Spencer
Davis Group' provide the film's music and Andy Ellison also makes
an appearance performing 'It's Been a Long Time'.
All three films from director Peter Jackson's blockbuster prequel
to 'The Lord of the Rings' trilogy. Set in Middle-Earth 60 years
before events in 'The Lord of the Rings', 'The Hobbit: An
Unexpected Journey' (2012) follows the adventures of Hobbit Bilbo
Baggins (Martin Freeman), who, at the instigation of the wizard
Gandalf (Ian McKellen), suddenly finds himself co-opted into
joining a company of 13 Dwarves led by Thorin Oakenshield (Richard
Armitage) to help reclaim the Dwarves' lost kingdom of the Lonely
Mountain from the clutches of a dragon. After setting out on their
quest from the safety of Bag End, the band of travellers soon find
themselves pitted against a range of strange and fearsome
opponents, in addition to a small, slimy creature known simply as
Gollum (Andy Serkis). In 'The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug'
(2013), while Gandalf heads south on his own, Bilbo, Thorin and the
Dwarves enter the treacherous Mirkwood Forest on their way to the
mountain. When they reach Lake-town Bilbo has to perform the role
he was assigned at the start of the quest - to find a secret door
that will lead him to the lair of Smaug the dragon (voice of
Benedict Cumberbatch). In the final instalment, 'The Hobbit: The
Battle of the Five Armies' (2014), Bilbo, Thorin and the other
Dwarves have unintentionally released Smaug from the Lonely
Mountain and endangered the residents of Lake-town. Bilbo has to
make a difficult decision when Thorin puts his desire to find the
royal jewel Arkenstone before his loyalty to his friends.
Meanwhile, Gandalf discovers that the evil Sauron has returned,
commanding a horde of Orcs to attack the Lonely Mountain. Bilbo and
his friends must fight for their survival as five armies meet in
battle. The rest of the cast includes Luke Evans, Cate Blanchett,
Orlando Bloom, Evangeline Lilly and Christopher Lee.
