former residents in commemoration of their beloved families and
towns, it provides a vivid portrayal of Jewish life in Lubtch and
Delatitch before and during World War II. This publication serves
to provide the English-speaking community with these first-hand
accounts and serves as a primary resource for research and for
individuals seeking information about the town where their families
had lived. With the publication of this book, the flame of the
memory of these Jewish communities will continue to be kindled for
