Nicholas Kok conducts the Orchestra and Chorus of the English National Opera in this production of Purcell's work, recorded in 1995. Directed by David Pountney and choreographed by Quinny Sacks, the performance stars Yvonne Kenny and Thomas Randle as Titania and Oberon, characters taken from Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'.
The Royal Ballet perform Arthur Pita's interpretation of Franz Kafka's novella, recorded at the Royal Opera House in March 2013. Edward Watson performs the lead role of Gregor Samsa, who transforms into an insect, with Laura Day as his sister Grete and Nina Goldman and Neil Reynolds as his mother and father. Frank Moon performs the score he composed for the production.
