Art applied to book and magazine production achieved its most magnificent expression through the avant-garde movements at the beginning of the 20th century and gained a particular importance in the Soviet Union, as clearly shown in this spectacular book. All thanks to the rise of artistic movements such as Suprematism and constructivism, and also due to the partnership between Russian artists and graphic designers, and their close ties to the poetic and literary circles. Se estudio por primera vez la composicion de acidos grasos y la biosintesis de fosfolipidos y acido grasos de dos cepas nodulantes de mani: Rhizobium TAL 1000 (cepa de coleccion) y L115 (cepa aislada de rizosfera de plantas de mani, de la zona manisera de la provincia de Cordoba). Se evaluo el efecto de la hipersalinidad y de la hipertermia sobre la composicion y la biosintesis de acidos grasos y fosfolipidos de dichas cepas de rizobios. En ambas cepas la composicion y la biosintesis de AG fueron modificadas por efecto de la hipertermia. El cambio mas importante fue una disminucion del grado de insaturacion de los acidos grasos y en cuanto a la biosintesis, una disminucion de la biosintesis de acidos grasos monoinsaturados. En Rhizobium TAL 1000, estos cambios podrian ser considerados como la respuesta al aumento en la fluidez de la membrana que ocurre a minutos de ocurrido el aumento de temperatura. La hipertermia ocasiono tambien cambios de la biosintesis de fosfolipidos en ambas cepas rizobiales, afectando principalmente la biosintesis de fosfatidilcolina y fosfatidiletanolamina. Describimos la presencia de una enzima 9 desaturasa en Rhizobium TAL 1000."
