Sharing their passion for Brazilian cuisine, cheffing duo Rick Allen and Bill Candeias have taken to the streets of Rio and other great parts of Brazil, to sample the hidden delights of the growing Latin trend: Comida da Rua - Street food. The offspring of restaurateurs, Rick and Bill's destiny was inevitably in food. Born in Espirito Santo, Brazil, Bill grew up in his family's eatery; Rick, although born in Britain, was soon cooking up treats in his parents' Spanish tapas bar on the Costa Blanca.
