War drama set during World War II focusing on a group of Nazi officers who come up with a propaganda event in which an all-star Nazi team will play a team composed of Allied Prisoners of War in a Football match. The prisoners agree, planning on using the game as a means of escape from the camp.
Growing up in East Los Angeles' gangland, cousins Miklo (Damian Chapa), Paco (Benjamin Bratt) and Cruz (Jesse Borrego) become more like brothers, forging a strong blood bond. When a simple twist of fate sends their lives veering in separate directions - Paco into the military, Miklo to San Quentin prison, and Cruz to a life of drug addiction - the trio continue to keep touch as they strive to achieve their goals.
When the activating button for a nuclear launch is lost at sea, it is up to James Bond to retrieve it before it falls into the wrong hands. Roger Moore once again plays 007 in this, the 12th Bond outing, director John Glen's first Bond film and the first without an Ian Fleming credit. Highlights include a climb up a sheer rock-face; a car chase down a steep, winding mountain road; an underwater battle; and what might be the greatest of all Bond's celebrated ski chase sequences.
Special effects expert Rollie Tyler (Bryan Brown) is widely acknowledged as the best in the business. Hired by the Justice Department to fake the death of Mafia boss-turned-informant Nicholas DeFranco, Rollie pulls the job off without a hitch. However, when the Mafioso kingpin goes missing for real, it is the SFX man who is collared for his murder. On the run from both the police and the mob, Rollie now has to rely on his skills of deception in order to survive.
Daniel (Ralph Macchio) arrives at his new school in California and soon finds himself bullied by a bunch of karate-trained creeps. Nevermind, help is on hand in the form of the school janitor (Pat Morita), a wise old martial arts instructor who trains Daniel to become a karate expert. This is lucky, because when the chief bully discovers that Daniel has taken up with his girlfriend, he's not going to be very happy about it.
An epic aviation film, based on Tom Wolfe's book, which charts the history of flight from Chuck Yeager's (Sam Shepard) legendary sound barrier-breaking flight in the 1940s, to the first men in space in the 1960s. The story centres on the relentless efforts of several US pilots to break all records set before them, finalising in the US space exploration programme of the 1960s, in which seven pilots were chosen to represent America in the heated space race with the Russians.

Box set featuring all four 'Karate Kid' movies. In 'The Karate Kid' (1984), Daniel (Ralph Macchio) arrives at his new school in California and soon finds himself bullied by a bunch of karate-trained creeps. Help is on hand in the form of the school janitor (Pat Morita), a wise old martial arts instructor who trains Daniel to become a karate expert. This is lucky, because when the chief bully discovers that Daniel has taken up with his girlfriend, he's not going to be very happy about it. In 'The Karate Kid 2' (1986), Daniel decides to accompany his teacher Mr Miyagi to his home island of Okinawa. Mr Miyagi has not seen his home in 40 years, on account of a vicious feud between him and an old friend over the affections of a woman. Meanwhile, Daniel is in similar trouble after falling for a girl who has captured a bully's fancy. In 'The Karate Kid 3' (1989), Daniel returns to LA and is emotionally blackmailed into defending a championship title he doesn't want, and becomes upset when his mentor Mr Miyagi refuses to train him for the bout. Who is behind this troubling turn of events? None other than Danny's old enemy Kreese (Martin Kove). Finally, in 'The Next Karate Kid' (1994), Julie's (Hilary Swank) parents have recently met a tragic death and as a result she has become rude, violent and very ill-mannered to everybody around her. This causes her to be constantly harrassed by a violent all-male gang. So Mr. Miyagi takes her on as a potential karate champion, helping her stand up to her aggressors and to reclaim her inner and outer strength.
