DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE THAT JESUS CHRIST IS GOING TO COME BACK TO THIS EARTH AGAIN? I do. And I don't see any other hope for the world because we're heading toward a catastrophe. The Bible says, "Scoffers will come in the last days. . . . They will say, 'Where is the promise of his coming?' For they deliberately overlook this fact, that the heavens existed long ago, and the earth was formed out of water and through water by the word of God, and that by means of these the world that then existed was deluged with water and perished. But by the same word the heavens and earth that now exist are stored up for fire, being kept until the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly" (2 Peter 3:3-7). The Word of God, the Bible, speaks of the certainties of the end of the world. Jesus said, "As were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man" (Matthew 24:37). What were the days of Noah like? And is there a parallel for today? The people of Noah's day were very wicked: "Every intention of the thoughts" of their hearts was "only evil continually" (Genesis 6:5). Marriage was abused, people were corrupt, violence prevailed (Genesis 6:1-13). There was a lot of "religion," but it was decadent. People were preoccupied with things and didn't have time for God. So God warned them, "Unless you repent and change your ways, you're going to face judgment." In the middle of all that corruption, Noah dared to live for God. Noah believed in God, and true faith determined how he lived. By that faith Noah built a ship in the middle of the desert, and he and his family were saved when the waters of destruction came (Genesis 6:1-13, Hebrews 11:7). True faith should determine how we live, too. Today the only bright spot on the horizon of this world's future is the promise of the return of Jesus Christ. We can't go on like this much longer, either morally or scientifically. The technology that was supposed to save us is ready to destroy us. Yet we're not to wait in terror, because as Christians, we have the hope of the return of Christ. When is he going to return? Jesus said, "Concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only" (Matthew 24:36). NOAH BELIEVED IN GOD, AND TRUE FAITH DETERMINED HOW HE LIVED. TRUE FAITH SHOULD DETERMINE HOW WE LIVE, TOO. But are you ready when the end of life in this world comes for you personally? The Bible says, "It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment" (Hebrews 9:27). It is coming the moment you die, and that could be at any time for any of us. You may be expecting to live for many more years, but you can't know for sure. We never know. One of the biblical prophets wrote, "Prepare to meet your God" (Amos 4:12). What have you done spiritually in your life to prepare for that moment when your heart stops beating? The Bible also says about Jesus: "There is salvation [from God's judgment for sin] in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). You need to make a commitment to Christ today. First, repent of your sins, including all of those things we say and do that offend other people, and God himself! "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). Without God's Spirit coming to live within us we don't have the strength to change and live a life that pleases God. That's why we need to be saved! Repentance means that you say to God, "I have sinned. I am sorry for my sins. I want to change my way of living by your empowerment." Second, you come to God by faith. That means that you put your whole trust in him and say, "Lord, I believe Christ's death for me provides everything I need to be forgiven for my sins and become accepted by you. I trust in Jesus alone for my salvation. Please save me now and help me live for you." You may be a good person. You may do all the good that you can think of, but all of that isn't enough. You must come in childlike faith to Jesus who died on the cross for you, who rose again, who is waiting for you to make that commitment. ARE YOU READY TO MEET GOD?

Why is suffering the common lot of all people everywhere - believers
and non-believers alike - and why does it seem that the world is out of
control when it comes to the problem of pain and suffering?
Christians are called to learn what it means to trust God in every circumstance, and to live for Him no matter what comes our way. It is essential to think more clearly about suffering, and to rearrange your priorities so that when your personal armageddons come, you will not be taken by surprise or be unprepared. Christian readers, pastors, Bible study leaders, and anyone questioning where God fits into suffering will find encouragement in this message of hope for a broken world.
In writings lovingly collected and edited by his wife Marie after his death, Paul E. Little explores the central question of Christianity: can we know God? By looking at the identity of Jesus Christ, his claims regarding his identity and his promises to his followers and inquirers, we arrive at the wonderful conclusion of the Christian faith: through Jesus Christ we may know God personally.

Exciting, revolutionary power is available exclusively to you as a Christian . . . It is the supernatural power:
You cannot buy this extraordinary power, nor can you find it by searching the earth for it. As a Christian it resides in you already, an awesome gift from God that you have only to claim and use once you know and accept its Source. Christians are powerful people, Billy Graham reminds us in this inspiring and insightful book, because "we have the mighty power of God available to us through . . . the Holy Spirit," He comes to us with no conditions attached. Jesus simply said, "If I go, I will send Him to you." With prayerful reverence and focused wisdom, Dr. Graham puts an understandable face on this mysterious third Person of the Trinity: The Holy Spirit is "not an impersonal force, like gravity or magnetism. He is a Person, with all the attributes of personality. But not only is He a Person, He is divine as well . . . . He comforts us. Guides us. Sanctifies us. He tells His servants what to preach. He directs missionaries where to go. He helps us in our infirmities. . ." Read this amazing book and see anew how this Person can transform your life and give you the power "to be truly good" and "to live victoriously."
Yes, angels are real. They are not the product of your imagination. "If we had open spiritual eyes we would see not only a world filled with evil spirits and powers--but also powerful angels with drawn swords, set for our defense." --Billy Graham Dr. Graham lifts the veil between the visible and the invisible world to give us an eye-opening account of these behind-the-scenes agents. This best-selling classic records the experiences of Dr. Graham and others who are convinced that at moments of special need they have been attended by angels. With keen insight and conviction, Dr. Graham affirms that: God's invisible hosts are better organized than any of the armies of man--or Satan.Angels "think, feel, will, and display emotions."Angels guide, comfort, and provide for people in the midst of suffering and persecution. At death, the faithful will be ushered by angels into the presence of God.
Hailed as "the world's preacher," Billy Graham has enjoyed a career that has spanned more than six decades and his ministry of faith has touched the hearts and souls of millions. In "Just As I Am" Graham reveals his life story in what the "Chicago Tribune" calls "a disarmingly honest autobiography." Now, in this revised and updated edition we hear from this "lion in winter" ("Time") on his role over the past ten years as America's pastor during our national crisis of the Oklahoma bombing and 9/11; his knighthood; his passing of the torch to his son, Franklin, to head the organization that bears his name; and his commitment to do the Lord's work in the years of his and his wife Ruth's physical decline.
But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. --Acts 20:24 (ESV) Growing old has been the greatest surprise of my life," says Billy Graham, known by many as God's Ambassador. "I would have never guessed what God had in store for me, and I know that as I am nearing home, He will not forsake me the last mile of the way." In "Nearing Home" this man of faith--now in his nineties--explores the challenges of aging while gleaning foundational truths from Scripture. Billy Graham invites us to journey with him as he considers the golden years while anticipating the hope of being reunited with his wife, Ruth, in his heavenly home that eclipses this world. "When granted many years of life, growing old in age is natural, but growing old with grace is a choice," says the author. "Growing older with grace is possible for all who will set their hearts and minds on the Giver of grace, the Lord Jesus Christ." Join Billy Graham as he shares the challenges of fading strength but still standing strong in his commitment to finishing life well. "Explore with me not only the realities of life as we grow older but also the hope and fulfillment and even joy that can be ours once we learn to look at these years from God's point of view and discover His strength to sustain us every day." --BILLY GRAHAM

"You will only make this journey once. What kind of journey will it
be?"
There was once a time when the world was perfect. Then sin happened
in Paradise, and life has never been the same. We all are affected
by sin. Because of sin, we are our own worst enemies.
Happiness. It's what we all long for, what all human beings seek in our jobs, our relationships, our activities. We try so hard to be happy, and all too often we end up empty and unsatisfied. Why? Because, says Billy Graham in this classic work, we are looking for happiness in all the wrong places. We haven't learned the secret Jesus taught in the Beatitudes - that true, lasting happiness simply isn't to be found by seeking it directly. Happiness is a by-product, a bonus that comes when we seek what is really important. And the things that will bring us the satisfaction we long for are not necessarily what the world considers meaningful. Jesus did not have to have an outward stimulus to make Him happy, Billy Graham points out. "He had learned a secret that allowed Him to live above the circumstances of life and fear of the future. He moved with calmness, certainty, and serenity through the most trying circumstances - even death What was His secret? He gave it to us in the Beautitudes." Presented with Billy Graham's characteristic vigor and simplicity in this landmark book, it is a secret that can transform your life.
"Few books have had as great an impact on the cause of world evangelization in our generation as Robert Coleman's The Master Plan of Evangelism."--Billy Graham It all started when Jesus called a few men to follow him and share God's message with their neighbors. We are called to do the same. But evangelism can be difficult--even intimidating. With all the evangelism resources available, where should you turn to find advice on how to share the Good News with others? Robert E. Coleman says the answers aren't found in TV evangelism, easy-evangelism guidebooks, or the latest marketing techniques. Rather, he looks to the Bible, to the ultimate example found in Jesus Christ. For more than forty years this classic, biblical look at evangelism has challenged and instructed over three million readers. Now repackaged for a new generation, The Master Plan of Evangelism is as fresh and relevant as ever. Join the movement and discover how you can minister to the people God brings into your life.
