Thomas Chong and Cheech Marin return to write and star in this American comedy sequel. Cheech (Marin) works as a delivery man for a Hollywood studio, but is constantly put in hot water by the antics of his unemployed, stoner friend Chong (Chong). After Cheech is inevitably fired from his job, the pair introduce themselves to welfare officer Donna (Evelyn Guerrero), hang out with Cheech's cousin and attempt to find alternative means of income. A massage parlour and the living room of a wealthy family are just two of the locations descending into chaos after a visit from the hapless pair.
The use of nitrous oxide as a chemical supercharger has been extremely popular since the 80s, and technology advancements have been making it easier and safer to work with it ever since. Author Bob McClurg reviews the latest and greatest advancements in engineering and readily available equipment for adding liquid power to any engine. He discusses the often-mystical subject of nitrous oxide injection systems with a level head and a clear purpose. This book educates on the properties of nitrous oxide and most-effective way to design, install, and tune complete systems. A definite focus on safety and a need to answer the typical questions associated with the use of nitrous oxide is highlighted, and several complete installations are featured. McClurg's vast experience brings authority to the pages, and he worked extensively with many of the pioneers of nitrous oxide injection systems to deliver a comprehensive review of what it takes to choose, install, and tune a system for the best-possible performance. The supercharger and turbocharger in their various forms and applications have both been around for well over a century. What makes them so popular? Looks, power, performance, sound, and status. And how do they relate to, and improve upon, the performance level of a small-block Ford pushrod V-8 engine like a 289-302, a 351-Windsor, a Ford 351-Cleveland, or even the latest generation 4.6L/5.4L "modular" small-block V-8 engines? That's EXACTLY what this book is all about While Ford dabbled in supercharging and turbocharging on production cars all the way back in 1957 with the legendary Thunderbird, and then again with Shelbys and over-the-counter kits, and then again in the late '70s and early '80s with turbocharging 4-cylinder applications in Mustangs and SHOs, the real revolution in supercharging and turbocharging Ford products has come through the aftermarket in more recent times. The Fox Mustang, created in 1979, and the platform that would eventually feature fuel injection in 1986, allowing much more boost, created a genre of lightning-quick and affordable performance cars. Featuring legendary supercharger and turbocharger manufacturers like Paxton, Vortech, Pro-Charger, Garret-AirResearch and Power Dyne, as well as traditional Roots-style systems, this book covers everything you need to know about supercharging and turbocharging your small-block Ford.
