The Asininity Expose is a compilation of about 60 true anecdotes,
short stories, quotes and rambling thoughts. Written in a very
witty and funny fashion, the theme of the book is Nelson's 'two
newly coined words'. Do these 'new words' aptly describe you? Read
pages 19 thru 23 - and you'll know the answer.
The author revels in the freedom of creative license. When deemed
necessary to focus the reader's mind on the humor, in the
seriousness of everyday life, he effectively uses a modicum of
exaggeration, to accomplish this.
Eclectic topics are explored, and presented with brevity.
Therefore, reading at a slower pace could enable one to better
sense when something is written between the lines. This is the kind
of book that can be enjoyed over and over again - a few pages at a
time, or from beginning to end.
Out of respect, personal details of the author's marriages have
been facetiously fictionalized. Surreptitiously, this also covers
the face of sadness, with a mask of wit.
The sole purpose of the book is encompassed in the title, The
Asininity Expose. And the subtitle provides the very essence of the
work - SerioWitty Rambling.
