In the late 17th century, Captain Vallo, his trusty mute partner Ojo and his crew of nefarious pirates scour the Caribbean searching for ships to plunder. This light hearted action romp has everything you would expect from a pirate film; scurvy men, a big pirate vessel, swordfights and a damsel in distress!

Classic western starring Burt Lancaster. All his life Owen Daybright (Lancaster) has taken the rap for his friend Lee Strobie's (Robert Walker) misdemeanours. Owen now works as foreman on Strobie's ranch, and continues to take the blame for his friend's wrongs - even accepting paternity for Strobie's illegitimate child - in order to protect Strobie's wife, Jan (Joanne Dru). Mackenzie decides to re-route the train to the Cassandra Crossing where it will plunge into oblivion. But passengers miraculously begin to recover and Chamberlain must race against time to disconnect the cars.
Sidney Falco (Tony Curtis) is a New York press agent caught up in a complex relationship with the powerful newspaper columnist J.J. Hunsecker (Burt Lancaster). Falco needs to get his showbiz clients placed in the newspapers, and hangs around Hunsecker hoping to garner a mention in his column. Hunsecker is obsessively protective towards his sister Susan (Susan Harrison), and his only apparent desire is to see an end to her budding romance with jazz musician Steve Dallas (Martin Milner). Thus with Falco growing increasingly desperate, Hunsecker lets him know that the one way he can secure access to the column is to break up Susan and Steve, thereby setting in motion a chain of events which will tear them all apart.
In Second World War France, German Colonel von Waldheim (Paul Scofield) orders the railway transfer of priceless works of art from the Jeu de Paume museum in Paris to the Fatherland. The French Resistance are determined to stop the cargo ever reaching Germany, and enrol railway inspector Labiche (Burt Lancaster) to help them in their cause. Franklin Coen and Frank Davis's script was nominated for an Oscar.
