Rather than focusing on managing or leading others, this book is about managing and leading yourself while in a work environment. My goal is to help you, whether you are transitioning into the workforce after college, helping those who are transitioning into a professional environment after completing a certification, leaving the military, or simply looking to enhance yourself personally or professionally.
