A report on the excavation of a series of plots, defined by ditches and adjoining metalled roads, in use from the 2nd century into the 3rd century AD. The plots contained a ditched enclosure, two roundhouses and other contemporary features. A double-ditched enclosure was laid out further to the west, set within a ditched compound. Both the enclosure and the compound contained elaborate 'funnel-like' entrance arrangements which suggest use by livestock.
An archaeological report from the excavation of a Romano-British kiln site at North End Farm, Great Malvern in Worcestershire, in 1992 and 1994. The site provided a rare opportunity to excavate an important pottery production area whilst also contributing valuable information about Roman activity in the Severn Valley during the 2nd and 3rd centuries AD. In addition to reports on local wares, the book also contains reports on other Roman and prehistoric finds and environmental remains.
