the papier mache head is made from the inside out. First a base
platform of cardboard is created. Then on that base platform a
profile of a human head is secured to the middle. On that cardboard
profile many panels of chipboard are glued. then those panels are
braced. Over the panels and over the braces strips of newspaper are
then glued for an outer skin. the book explains how to make the
eyes, nose and mouth. The process, as set forth in the book, is
sort of addictive, step by step by step and then: done.
