The film tells the story of young leopard cub Yuvi (Tara Strong) as he is taken on a trip through the jungle by his mother Begum (Williams) and her friends Alex the parrot (Tom Kenny), Bagga the bear (Brad Garrett) and Bajrangi the monkey (Carlos Alazraqui). With the jungle and its inhabitants in danger of being wiped out by humans and bulldozers, Begum vows to get her child to safety, whatever the cost.

First part of the animated adaptation of Frank Miller's comic book following the adventures of the caped crusader. Bruce Wayne (voice of Peter Weller) has now retired from his heroic duties after the death of Jason Todd aka Robin but a ruthless gang, the Mutants, are terrorising Gotham City, leaving him with no choice but to become Batman once more. Prominent figures within the community disapprove of Batman's methods, however, and the Mutants prove tough to defeat but the hero finds an ally in 13-year-old Carrie Kelley (Ariel Winter) who is eager to become his new sidekick.
