Carol Morley writes and directs this downbeat British mystery drama
about six psychologically dispossessed guests at an out-of-season
south coast cliff-top hotel. As time passes, tentative connections
form between the six very different characters: the wistfully
ageing Wendy (Marjorie Yates), a Polish chambermaid (Anna
Wendzikowska), feisty teenager Sophie (Nichola Burley) and her
internet date, Phillip (Jospeh Dempsie), withdrawn Elly (Maxine
Peake) and washed-up pop singer Glen (Paul Hilton). Over the course
of two days, as the hotel guests gradually begin to thaw, they
stumble upon a purpose that unites them all.

Maisie Williams and Florence Pugh star in this British drama
written and directed by Carol Morley. Lydia and Abbie (Williams and
Pugh) are best friends at their all-girls boarding school but they

friendship with Lydia by sleeping with her brother, a fainting
epidemic breaks out at the school and people are left wondering
whether the mysterious Lydia could be the key...

Docu-drama about a woman whose body was not discovered until three
years after her death. Joyce Vincent died in 2003 in her North
London bedsit. In 2006 her remains were found lying on her sofa,
surrounded by wrapped up Christmas gifts and with the TV still on.
The film investigates the facts of Joyce's tragically short
existence and the mysterious circumstances of her death, featuring
interviews with friends and colleagues who had lost touch with her
and reconstructed dramatic scenes from her life, as imagined by
writer-director Carol Morley, with Zawe Ashton playing the role of
this seemingly forgotten woman.
