Two thousand years ago the Lady Mary, the sacred 'Rose in the
Heart', made pilgrimage to the mystical British Isles, with the boy
Jesus, Naomi her daughter and Joseph of Arimathea. Her Holy Mission
as designated by the Masters, was to reactivate the Cosmic Light at
ancient Druidic sites, some which held an Atlantean Temple in the
Etheric Realm. As 'instructed' by Mary and with Divine guidance,
Caroline Harris has followed in her footsteps, travelling through
ancient Dummonia - Cornwall, Devon and Somerset, performing sacred
Ceremonies to revitalize that Light, and earth the ancient Temples.

After inheriting a diary written by a 19th century ship's cook,
together with a handwritten will and USA naturalisation papers I
was inspired to tell the story of the voyage of the Wave Queen, a
merchant vessel, from Shoreham, England to Valparaiso, Chile in the
year 1872. Three years of research and the book became a fictional
adventure story based on fact. The hero, Charles Hamilton-Bashford
is an eighteen year old Eton School-boy. He recklessly squanders
his five thousand pound annual allowance and being hard-pressed for
the payment of his debts, begs his father to give him an advance.
On refusal he in his desperation steals and forges his father's
cheque to settle his debts. Charles' father, a retired Major and a
respected Magistrate, discovers the forgery and sends Charles to
serve on a cargo ship separating him from his sweetheart, Florry.
Charles escapes before the ship sails, and reaches his aunt 's
London home only to be recaptured and sent back to the Wave Queen.
Meanwhile Florry is propelled into a series of tumultuous events.
What adventures will befall them ? Will he return to England? Will
he ever be re-united with Florry?
Taken by the Indians of the West
As the inexorable passage of pioneer immigrants pushed westward
into the vastness of the American wilderness it was inevitable that
the new settlers would collide with the indigenous peoples in their
path and that this clash of cultures over that most precious of
commodities, the land upon which to live freely, would come to
bloodshed. This was hostility that saw little mercy for the
combatants, but for women and children an Indian raid could end
with not only the loss of male relatives but also with captivity at
the hands of tribal warriors. Many a pioneer woman disappeared
never to be heard of again, but some were rescued or lived to tell
of-and indeed write down-accounts of their gruelling experiences.
This book chronicles the experiences of seven such women, including
Cynthia Parker-the mother of Quannah Parker-one of the most
renowned and feared chiefs of the Comanche's in the history of the
American West. Each of these pieces is too small to achieve
individual re-publication in modern times, but in this book Leonaur
has gathered them together in a gripping collection which is
essential reading for those interested in the pioneer movement and
the fortitude and endurance of remarkable western women in
adversity. Available in soft cover and hard cover with dust jacket.

reality of the menopause experience is so diverse and deserves to

is a book about menopause unlike any other. Its contributors,
speaking from many different walks of life, open up the
conversation in new and profound ways for people across the globe.
Recognising menopause as a human rights issue that affects everyone
everywhere, these 21 chapters cover an astounding range of
perspectives, from harrowing experiences of surgical menopause, the
impact on relationships and hormonal realities of transitioning, to
revelations of shocking neglect in the UK criminal justice system
and compelling chapters on menopause as a time of activism, rage,
reawakening, transformation and realising your own power. The
honesty, intimacy and passion shared in these pages will make you
see menopause in a whole new light. Each chapter shapes a
much-needed courageous conversation about how we can and should
view menopause and midlife. Read on to be part of the new
conversation.
