Ein gro er Teil der Ver ffentlichungen zum Thema Jugendsport geht der Frage nach, wie Jugendliche zu sportlicher Bet tigung motiviert werden k nnen, wobei der Fokus meist auf den Inhalten liegt. Diese Arbeit stellt jedoch den Zugang zum Sport in den Mittelpunkt. Daher werden hier die Bed rfnisse von Jugendlichen im Hinblick auf Sport und Bewegung untersucht und den bestehenden Strukturen im Sport gegen bergestellt. Die Diskrepanz zwischen den sportlichen Angeboten und den Bed rfnissen Jugendlicher wird durch die verst rkte Vereinsabwanderung und die Zuwendung zum Trend- und Funsportbereich deutlich. In dieser Arbeit wird ein neues Konzept pr sentiert, das die Bed rfnisse Jugendlicher ber cksichtigt und dadurch die Freude an Sport und Bewegung f rdert.
