Continuous technical developments of radiological imaging techniques have not only improved the potential of organ-based radiological diagnostics, but now also allow for dedicated whole-body exams which may be used in the field of screening and preventive diagnosis. Insbesondere soll hier als Instrument die Durchfuhrung der Bauablaufplanung geschildert und mit Hilfe von beispielhaft aufgefuhrten Formularen und Checklisten praxisnah dargelegt werden. Erganzt wird die Arbeit mit dem Aufzeigen einer Ablaufplanung am praktischen Beispiel. Wahrend der Mitwirkung an der Ausarbeitung einer Bauablaufplanung eines Bruckenbauwerkes wurden zahlreiche Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse gesammelt, die in diese Arbeit eingeflossen sind. Diese Planungsgestaltung erfolgte in dem im Rhein-Main-Gebiet ansassigen Bauunternehmen Gerd Muller Ingenieurbau GmbH. Zudem wurden zahlreiche Fachbucher und Fachzeitschriften, die im Literaturverzeichnis aufgefuhrt sind, zu Hilfe genommen. Der Aufbau der Ausarbeitung ist wie folgt gegliedert: Zunachst erfolgt eine allgemeine Einfuhrung in das Thema Bauablaufplanung, worin u.a. der Begriff selbst definiert wird. Dann werden Grunde fur die Notwendigkeit der Planung erortert, sowie die auch haufig von Baubeteiligten genannten Vorurteile untersucht. Danach wird die zeitliche Entwicklung einer Bauablaufplanung geschildert, wobei alle moglichen Darstellungsmethoden aufgezeigt und Empfehlungen fur die Durchfuhrung gegeben werden. Dabei werden auch die fur eine Bauablaufplanung notwendigen Informationsquellen explizit erwahnt. Es wird zwischen der Planung vor Baubeginn und wahrend der Bauwerkserstellung unterschieden. Des Weiteren wird die in der Praxis durchgefuhrte Ablaufplanung des Bruckenbauwerkes dargestellt und auch auf alle dabei auftauchende Probleme und Besonderheiten eingegangen.
