Eines der wesentlichen Ziele technischer Produktanderungen ist die Ausbesserung der zwar unerwunschten aber dennoch auftretenden Produktfehler und -mangel nach Serienfreigabe. Auf Basis von Ruckmeldungen aus der Produktion und dem Service sowie als Reaktion auf Kundenreklamationen wird der Prozess zur Fehlerbeseitigung angestossen. Auf Grund des bereits weit fortgeschrittenen Lebenszyklus nach Serienfreigabe sind spate Produktanderungen mit vergleichsweise hohen Kosten verbunden. Dessen ungeachtet findet vielfach keine Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung statt, da die mit einer Produktanderung einhergehenden Auswirkungen zahlreich und schwer zu erfassen sind.Diese Problematik erlangt vor dem Hintergrund hybrider Produkte an zusatzlicher Relevanz. Im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau werden Sachgut und Full-Service-Dienstleistungspaket haufig gebundelt verkauft. Die Fakturierung der erbrachten Dienstleistungen erfolgt uber flat-fees . Wirtschaftlichkeit stellt sich angesichts der gleichbleibenden Umsatze bei entsprechend wenig stor- und fehleranfalligen Produkten ein. Oder: Wenn die aufgetretenen Fehler durch Produktanderungen so beseitigt werden konnen, dass die Produktanderungskosten die Einsparungen im Service nicht ubertreffen. Es stellt sich somit die Frage: Wie lassen sich Produktanderungen im Kontext hybrider Produkte wirtschaftlich optimal gestalten
