This book examines a variety of subjective spatial experiences and knowledge production practices in order to shed new light on the specifics of contemporary socio-spatial change, driven as it is by inter alia, digitalization, transnationalization, and migration. Considering the ways in which emerging spatial phenomena are conditioned by an increasing interconnectedness, this book asks how spaces are changing as a result of mediatization, increased mobility, globalization, and social dislocation. With attention to questions surrounding the negotiation and (visual) communication of space, it explores the arrangements, spatialities, and materialities that underpin the processes of spatial refiguration by which these changes come about. Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Sonstiges, FernUniversitat Hagen, 15 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Urlaubs-, Reise- und Freizeitverhalten im Rahmen der Globalisierung soll im Mittelpunkt meiner Untersuchung stehen. Wie verhalt sich dies in einer globalisierten Welt und vor allem in Zeiten des Klimawandels? Wie steht es in diesem Zusammenhang mit dem Umweltverhalten? Gibt es hier Verbindungen? Oder betrifft der Klimawandel dieses Verhalten nicht? Diese und weitere Fragen, die im Laufe dieser Arbeit auftauchen werden, versuche ich anhand der Untersuchung anzugehen. Ausgangspunkt fur die Untersuchung war die Beobachtung, dass ich eine Unkenntnis und ein Desinteresse im Hinblick auf einen sorgsamen Umgang mit bestimmten Stoffen und damit zwangslaufig mit der Veranderung des Klimas bzw. der Verknappung von Energien und Rohstoffen bei Teilnehmern einer beruflichen Jugendmassnahme beobachtet habe. Ist es nur bei einem bestimmten Teil von Personen so oder zieht sich diese Gleichgultigkeit durch alle Altersstufen und alle Gesellschaftsschichten? Ziel der Untersuchung ist es, hieruber Aufschluss zu geben. Mit dieser Arbeit gehe ich der aufgetretenen Frage nach und versuche innerhalb der Fragestellung einen Bezug zur Globalisierung und dem Klimawandel herzustellen

Warum haben die Menschen solche Schwierigkeiten, seine Botschaft anzunehmen, ja uberhaupt anzuhoren und sich mit ihr auseinander zu setzen? Zuhoren, Liebe, Rucksicht, Gemeinschaft, Freiheit, Wahrheit, Klarheit sind das nicht die Schlagworte, nach denen die heutigen Generationen hungern und in allem, was sie versuchten um an die Grenzen zu stossen, fanden sie keine befriedigende Antwort auf ihre - auf diese Fragen. Sind es nicht die kleinen Zeichen, die von Gottes Gegenwart zeugen und die wir nicht sehen, weil die eben keine Schlagzeile bilden? Ware es gerade in der heutigen Zeit nicht einen Versuch wert, Jesus und seiner Botschaft von der Gottesherrschaft eine Chance zu geben und darin nach der Losung unserer Fragen und Sehnsuchte zu suchen? Wird in all den Zufallen, die keine sind - die wie ein roter Faden durch unser Leben verlaufen -, nicht Jesus von Nazaret sichtbar? Wer - ausser IHM - kann uns geben, was wir suchen? Musste nicht auch er sehr viel ertragen? Konnte er uns nicht sogar zum Vorbild werden? Kann er uns nicht sogar Mut machen, unser Kreuz" zu tragen? Kann er der Welt geben, was ihr zum Heil fehlt? Hinter diesen Fragen steht eine Sehnsucht, aber auch Hoffnung heutiger Zeitgenossen, die in Jesus ein Vorbild eines guten, gelingenden Lebens finden. Welche Rolle spielt Jesus fur das Kommen der Gottesherrschaft? Wie ist sein Verhaltnis zu Gott, wie steht er als Person zu dem, was er gelebt hat? Und somit sind wir schon mittendrin im Thema. Ich mochte zuerst auf einige Begrifflichkeiten eingehen, bevor ich auf den Ruf des irdischen Jesus zu einem neuen Gehorsam zu sprechen komme.
