In diesem Buch wird der Zusammenhang zwischen Produktivitat und Aufwandswert beschrieben. Basierend auf praxisbezogenen empirischen Erhebungen wird gezeigt, dass sich Abweichungen von Grenzgrossen z. T. erheblich auf die Produktivitat auswirken. Mittels mehrerer Interaktionsdiagramme wird dieser Zusammenhang grafisch veranschaulicht.
