When Martians arrive on planet Earth, American President James Dale (Jack Nicholson) is persuaded to extend the hand of friendship. One of the President's advisers, Donald Kessler (Pierce Brosnan), has been studying the aliens, and is keen to make peaceful contact. However, the Martians gleefully fry their greeting party from Earth, and launch an all-out attack on the planet. Various celebrity faces including Michael J. Fox, Danny DeVito and Martin Short appear briefly before being zapped by the Martian baddies in director Tim Burton's quirky spoof of alien invasion movies.
The Chipmunks take to the high seas for this second animated comedy adventure sequel. When their luxury liner becomes grounded on a remote island during a tropical cruise, the Chipmunks soon discover their secluded paradise is not as deserted as it seems. As they struggle to contend with the heat, the insects and the close proximity to one another, the Chipmunks begin to develop a few very strange personality traits.
John Cox directs this dark, tangled Los Angeles murder tale based on the real quadruple homicide in Laurel Canyon's Wonderland Avenue in the summer of 1981. Val Kilmer stars as John Holmes, once the world's biggest porn star but now washed up, broke and wasted on drugs. He becomes implicated in the murders of four members of the Wonderland Gang after the police investigation uncovers a dangerous world of violence and gangland rivalry surrounding Holmes, his wife Sharon (Lisa Kudrow) and his innocent teenage girlfriend, Dawn (Kate Bosworth).
Jon Lucas and Scott Moore co-write and direct this American comedy starring Mila Kunis, Christina Applegate and Kristen Bell. Amy Mitchell (Kunis) is a 32-year-old, happily married, committed mother-of-two who works as a sales rep for a coffee company. But after finding out her husband is cheating on her, Amy becomes fed up with her stressful life and decides to take action. She quits the PTA in protest of its overbearing leader Gwendolyn (Applegate) and gets together with some of her fellow mothers for a wild and liberating night on the town. Along with town outcast and single mum Carla (Kathryn Hahn) and worn out mother-of-four Kiki (Bell), Amy hits the bars for an all-night bender that allows the trio to let loose in a wild, indulgent trip of liberation before deciding to make some important changes to their lives, including tackling Gwendolyn head-on.
Comedy double. 'Anchorman - The Legend of Ron Burgundy' (2004) is directed by former 'Saturday Night Live' writer Adam McKay. Will Ferrell stars as Ron Burgundy, a top-rated 1970s San Diego anchorman who believes women have a place in the newsroom - so long as they stick to covering fashion shows or late-breaking cooking news, that is. So when Ron is told he'll be working with a bright young newswoman (Christina Applegate) who's beautiful, ambitious, and intelligent enough to be more than eye candy, it's not just a clash of two TV-people with really great hair: it's war... Ben Stiller directs 'Zoolander' (2001) and stars as Derek Zoolander, former winner of the coveted Male Model of the Year award. When Derek goes to work for up-and-coming fashion designer Mugatu (Will Ferrell), he has no idea that he is walking into a complex web of political intrigue and murder. Mugatu is planning the assassination of a Malaysian politician whose campaign against exploitative child labour looks set to cut into the fashion industry's proft margin, and he sees Zoolander as the perfect person to pull the trigger. The designer brainwashes the model so that he will perform the assassination as soon as he hears the Frankie Goes to Hollywood classic 'Relax', and then sits back and waits for the politician's scheduled appearance at an imminent New York fashion event. Will Derek realise the threat he poses in time to prevent the murder? Or will the cruel and ruthless fashion industry triumph once again?

In 'Alvin and the Chipmunks' (2007) Alvin, Simon and Theodore (voices of Justin Long, Matthew Gray Gubler and Jesse McCartney) are discovered and adopted by struggling songwriter Dave Seville (Jason Lee). When Dave finds them singing some of his songs, the foursome decide to join forces and embark on a career in the music business. When success beckons however, unscrupulous record company boss Ian Hawke (David Cross) decides that he could make a lot more money from the boys if Dave was out of the picture. In 'Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel' (2009), when Alvin, Simon and Theodore are forced to put aside their music superstardom and go back to school, they are given the challenge of saving the school's music department by winning the $25,000 prize in a battle of the bands. But the trio unexpectedly meet their match in three singing female chipmunks known as The Chipettes: Brittany, Eleanor and Jeanette (voices of Anna Faris, Amy Poehler and Christina Applegate). Romantic and musical sparks fly in the face-off that ensues. In 'Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked' (2011) Alvin, Simon and Theodore take to the high seas. When their luxury liner becomes grounded on a remote island during a tropical cruise, the boys soon discover their secluded paradise is not as deserted as it seems. As they struggle to contend with the heat, the insects and the close proximity to one another, the chipmunks begin to develop a few strange personality traits. In 'Alvin and the Chipmunks: Road Chip' (2015), when Dave reveals that he is travelling to Miami to propose to his girlfriend Shira (Kimberly Williams-Paisley), the three chipmunks fear for their future, especially as Shira's teenage son Miles (Josh Green) has taken an instant disliking to Dave's furry friends. As the trio put their heads together to try to break up the happy couple, they find an unlikely ally in Miles. With the common ground they share - wanting to break up the engagement - Alvin, Simon, Theodore and Miles do all they can to create a barrier between Dave and Shira.

In 'Anchorman 2 - The Legend Continues' (2013), accompanied by his former Channel 4 news team including Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd) and Champ Kind (David Koechner), Ron Burgundy moves to New York City where he is introduced to the world of cable TV and 24-hour news coverage. But with his estranged wife Veronica (Applegate) back in San Diego clocking up the ratings, Ron and the team will have to bring their A game to get back to the top...
