Some resident of Plains Estates will die. Will it be Toni Colbert, who has been diagnosed with breast cancer, Rita Watkins, that is living with sickle cell anemia, Stacey Worthington, who contracted AIDS from a blood transfusion, or another resident.

Children of Plains Estates: Unheard Voices follows two storylines of child molestation. Alan Bates has been molested by his father, while Alfredo Hernandez has been molested by his priest. One will travel a journey of faith while the other takes justice into his own hands. Other plots include racism against Mexican A, ericans and parent abandonment.
