Graph Model for Conflict Resolution (GMCR), which is used for

International Conference on Group Decision and Negotiation, GDN
2017, held in Stuttgart, Germany, in August 2017. The field of
Group Decision and Negotiation focuses on decision processes with
at least two participants and a common goal but conflicting
individual goals. Research areas of Group Decision and Negotiation
include electronic negotiations, experiments, the role of emotions

Drawing on numerous historical examples, the authors focus on the relationship among capability, preferences, credibility, and outcomes to achieve a new understanding of threats and responses. The book's distinctive approach yields some surprising conclusions, indicating that credible threats to respond to attack can sometimes make an attack more likely, and that incredible response threats can sometimes promote peace.
