The last instalment of the teen vampire saga based on the bestselling books by Stephenie Meyer. After Bella (Kristen Stewart) is turned into a vampire by her lover, Edward (Robert Pattinson), she appears to be enjoying her new immortal life and the abilities bestowed upon her. But after Irina (Maggie Grace) mistakes Bella and Edward's child, Renesmee (Mackenzie Foy), for an 'immortal child' and tells the Volturi this, they vow to destroy the potentially threatening girl and the whole Cullen family for allowing her to be transformed. In order to protect themselves and Renesmee, the Cullen clan must enlist the help of other vampire clans from around the world, in the hope of convincing the Volturi of the false claims of Irina.
Dakota Fanning stars in this teen weepie based on the novel 'Before I Die' by Jenny Downham. When 17-year-old Tessa (Fanning) is diagnosed with leukaemia, she draws up a 'bucket list' of all the things she wants to do before she dies, including losing her virginity and taking drugs. With the help of her friend Zoey (Kaya Scodelario), she determines to live each day as intensely as possible. But she soon realises that she has omitted something very important from her list: falling in love. And as she gets to know her new neighbour, Adam (Jeremy Irvine), Tessa learns that this could be the biggest adventure of all.
Tony Scott-directed action thriller starring Denzel Washington as John Creasy, a jaded former CIA agent hired by a wealthy Mexican family to act as bodyguard to their ten-year-old daughter Lupita (Dakota Fanning). Initially reluctant to take on such a lowly position, Creasy becomes increasingly fond of his charge as she asks him questions about his life and he begins to open up to her and discover a tenderness long missing from his own life. But his newfound equilibrium is shattered when the girl is kidnapped, and he vows to find the men responsible and bring them to his own form of rough justice. The film is a re-make of the 1987 film starring Scott Glenn as Creasy, also based on the A.J. Quinnell novel.
Modern adaptation of the Brothers Grimm fairytale. Hansel and Gretel (Jacob Smith and Taylor Momsen), are sent into the forest by their evil stepmother (Delta Burke) in the hope they'll become lost. Instead, the pair soon meet up with the Sandman (Howie Mandel), who takes them on a string of new adventures.
Ewan McGregor directs and stars in this drama based on the novel by Philip Roth. The film charts the life of Jewish American businessman, and former standout athlete, Seymour 'Swede' Levov (McGregor) whose life begins to unravel during the social and political upheaval of the 1960s. Born and raised in Weequahic, the Jewish neighbourhood of Newark, New Jersey, Swede achieved celebrity status in his local community due to his sports star status, his marriage to former Miss New Jersey, Dawn (Jennifer Connelly), and his place in charge of his father's glove factory. But his perfect upper-class American life comes crashing down when the tensions of the decade tear his country and community apart and his daughter Merry (Dakota Fanning) becomes a radical political activist, with devastating consequences.
Live-action feature film based on the classic illustrated poem written in 1957 by Dr Seuss. Mike Myers stars as the eponymous Cat, who arrives at the home of Conrad and Sally Walden (Spencer Breslin and Dakota Fanning) when their mother (Kelly Preston) has gone out, having left strict instructions that the house must be spotless on her return. The cat proceeds to show the children how to have fun, first balancing an incredible array of household objects before sending them all crashing to the floor, then unleashing the uncontrollable duo Thing 1 and Thing 2, watched with horror by the children's pet fish. How will they clear up 'the mother of all messes' before their mother gets back?
Drama starring Kurt Russell and Dakota Fanning. Ben Crane (Russell) was once a great horseman whose gifts as a trainer are now being wasted on making other men's fortunes. Sonador 'called Sonya' was a great horse whose promising future on the racetrack is suddenly cut short by a career-ending broken leg. Considered as good as dead to her owner, who also happens to be Ben's boss, Sonya is given to Ben as severance pay, along with his walking papers. Now, it will take the unwavering faith and determination of Ben's young daughter, Cale (Fanning), to bring these two damaged souls together in a quest for a seemingly impossible goal: to win the breeders' Cup Classic. However, the true miracle might be that, in helping this injured horse, what they are actually healing is their own family.
