Spider-Man
When high-school student Peter Parker (Tobey Maguire) is bitten by a genetically-altered spider while on a visit to a scientific institute, he soon begins to experience unusual side-effects - such as increased strength, enhanced wall-climbing skills, and the ability to spin webs out of his wrists. Peter first attempts to make use of these skills to impress girl-next-door Mary Jane Watson, but after his Uncle Ben is killed in an armed robbery, he is compelled to work for the greater good and reinvents himself as Spider-Man, the enemy of criminals everywhere. Meanwhile, arms manufacturer Norman Osborn transforms himself into the Green Goblin, begins to terrorize the city, and lays down the gauntlet to Spider-Man by abducting his beloved Mary Jane.
Spider-Man 2
Two years have passed since the events of the first film, and the mild-mannered Peter Parker faces new challenges as he struggles with 'the gift and the curse', desperately trying to balance his dual identities as the web-slinging superhero Spider-Man and his life as a college student. Tormented by his secrets, Peter finds that his relationships with all those he holds dear are in danger of unraveling. His life-long yearning for Mary Jane becomes even stronger as he fights the impulse to reveal his secret life and declare his love. His friendship with Harry Osborn is complicated by the young Osborn's bitterness over his father's death and his growing vendetta against Spider-Man. Even Peter's beloved Aunt May, who has fallen on hard times since the death of her husband, begins to have doubts about her nephew.
Spider-Man 3
Peter Parker and his girl Mary-Jane are on the cusp of contentment - but not for long. His ex-friend Harry, son of the Green Goblin, becomes the New Goblin in his desire for revenge against Spider-Man. Fugitive Flint Marko, killer of Peter's Uncle Ben, has been transformed into the shape-shifting Sandman, possibly Spider-Man's toughest foe so far. To complicate matters further, a parasitic alien symbiote has attached itself to Peter's suit, giving him even greater powers but also bringing out the evil side of his personality. He has to struggle not only against two major adversaries but also against himself.
The Amazing Spider-Man
Andrew Garfield takes over the mantle in this rebooted story of Peter Parker, an outcast high schooler who was abandoned by his parents as a boy, leaving him to be raised by his Uncle Ben and Aunt May. Like most teenagers, Peter is trying to figure out who he is and how he got to be the person he is today. When Peter discovers a mysterious briefcase that belonged to his father, he begins a quest to understand his parents' disappearance - leading him directly to Oscorp and the lab of Dr. Curt Connors, his father's former partner. As Spider-Man is set on a collision course with Connors' alter-ego, The Lizard, Peter will make life-altering choices to use his powers and shape his destiny to become a hero.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2
It’s great to be Spider-Man. For Peter Parker, there’s no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen. But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro, Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn, returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: Oscorp.

True crime thriller directed by Atom Egoyan and starring Colin
Firth and Reese Witherspoon. The film follows the 1993 murder and
mutilation of three young boys in West Memphis, Arkansas, and the
resulting trial of the three teenage boys found guilty of the
killings. Firth plays visiting private investigator Ron Lax who
leads the defence of the suspected killers. Through his work on the
case and conversations with Pam Hobbs (Witherspoon), the mother of
one of the dead children, Ron finds there may be more to the deaths
than the authorities think, but will it be enough to contend with
the beliefs of the small Bible Belt community?
Ryan Gosling stars in this triptych of tales that follows the
impact that a father's actions have on the generations that follow.
Told in three narrative arcs set over a period of 15 years, the
story begins when itinerant carnival stunt rider Luke (Gosling)
discovers that former flame Romina (Eva Mendes) is raising the
infant son he never knew he had. Determined to provide for his son,
but without the financial means, Luke quits his job and agrees to a
friend's suggestion to utilise his motorcycling skills for bank
robbery. As his decision sets in motion a chain of events that will
have far reaching consequences, investigating police officer Avery
Cross (Bradley Cooper) soon finds himself faced with his own set of
difficult choices, as he becomes enmeshed in the corrupt actions of
his colleagues.
