This volume compiles contributions from international scholars on the social impacts of urban mobility and discussions on concepts and methods to examine the distributional effects of transport policies in Latin America. Chapters discuss concepts and methods for explaining the distributional effects of transport policies and for exploring alternatives to ensure equity and non-discrimination in access for more inclusive cities. Recognizing the deep relationship between accessibility, equity and inclusion, the contributions in this book are collated in three sections: structural dimensions of accessibility, active travel and local accessibility, and accessibility of emerging mobilities. Esteban Ruiz continues his job of selling ice cream paletas to the neighborhood kids by day and to secretly fight crime throughout the city whenever there is trouble as Paleta Man, the Superhero. Then one night an ancestor comes to him in a dream and tells him of the Aztec Calendar prediction that the world will end soon and that he must travel to the Temple of the Sun pyramid which is located in Teotihuacan, Mexico where he must fight, Huitzilopochtli, the God of War with the help of Quetzalcoatl, who is part human and part God. Paleta Man defeats Huitzilopochtli with the help of Quetzalcoatl and saves the world from total annihilation.

One day he is approached by a descendant of the Aztec Tribe who informs him that his gold medallion holds a secret that has been kept by many generations of Aztec descendants. He decides to travel to Mexico in search of the secret and to try to unlock the mystery of how and why he was transformed into a Superhero with Aztec Warrior powers. Upon his return Paleta Man must then summon the powers of the great Aztec Warriors to defeat a new villain by the name of Pancho Talache.
