Under the Supreme Court's "Collective Entity Rule" named in IRS 7701(a) is a"person" created on paper, a "strawman," a legal person that has no constitutional rights. ... ( 1 AMERICANS 40:1 ) The difference between a "person" who has no rights and a natural person is that . . . "The individual may stand upon his constitutional rights as a citizen. ... He owes no duty to the State, since he receives nothing therefrom, beyond the protection of his life and property. Our money is created initially by the purchase of bonds that some day have to be repaid. ( 2 AMERICANS 31:2 ) We can get our country totally our of debt in one to two years by simply paying off these U.S. Bonds with debt-free U.S. Notes, just like Lincoln issued to pay for the Civil War. As the Treasury buys back it's bonds on the open market, interest free, with U.S. Notes, the reserve requirement of your home town banks would be proportionately raised so the amount of money in circulation would remain constant. When they landed in Oz, Dorothy commented to her little dog Toto: "Toto? I have a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore . . ." Exactly .

The Grand Jury as a Sword In a stunning 6 to 3 decision of the U.S. Supreme Court, Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority, confirmed that: The American Grand Jury is neither part of the judicial, executive nor legislative branches of government, but instead belongs to the people. It is in effect a fourth branch of government "governed" and "administered" directly by and on behalf of the American people, and its authority emanates from the "Bill of Rights" and has the power to enforce law and remove people from PUBLIC office.

Our Republic is now celebrating the 222nd year of the Bill of Rights, to our Constitution. Through the wisdom of a few free-thinking men, we have come incredibly far in these years. Our nation has been blessed with prosperity more than any other in world history. The technology in this country compares with no other. Our leadership in world politics and economics has no rival. Yet all this has happened outside of the "house" our predecessors, on this continent, designed and built. This fantastic and majestic political building which our forefathers constructed with their lives and sacred honor, has fallen into disuse, and now sits empty. When it was new, it was the most beautiful mansion in the world. There was nothing else like it for it was built on a foundation called the "common law." The walls were shaped in liberty by a unique arrangement referred to as the separation of powers and its roof was made of transparent material to let in the light of the Law... so all encompassing that it is adaptable to any people, regardless of color, race, creed or religion. Our Republic did not crumble overnight. What took place was the result of a delusion, for people would never give up their liberty knowingly - only through deception. Gradually the deceptive-rot took hold and one by one the citizens of the house called a "Republic" moved out, into a third rate structure called a "Democracy."

COMMERCE consists of a mode of interacting and resolving disputes whereby all matters are executed under oath by sworn affidavit executed under the penalty of perjury as true, correct, and complete. An affidavit is one's solemn expression of his truth. When you issue an affidavit you get the power of an affidavit. You also incur the liability involved. An unrebutted affidavit becomes judgment in commerce. Proceedings consist of contests of commercial affidavits wherein the unrebutted points in the end stand as truth to which judgment of law applies. Commercial Law is pre-judicial and non-judical. A claim can be satisfied only through (1) rebuttal by affidavit point by point; (2) resolution by jury; or (3) payment or performance of the claim. The conflict between Commercial Affidavits gives a clean basis for resolving disputes.

Last November, 2009, hackers broke into the East Anglia University computer system in England - the chief United Nations Climate Center - the main source of information quoted in their climate change reports - and released thousands of climate change emails.
