This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 17th International Conference on Information and Communication Technologies in Education, Research, and Industrial Applications, ICTERI 2021, held in Kherson, Ukraine, during September 28-October 2, 2021. The 12 full papers were included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 24 submissions.
