Over 30 years ago, a small band of people began an intentional
community called Findhorn. They lived by applying principles of
attracting to oneself, through love, whatever materials, energy or
help were needed to promote wholeness or further growth. David
Spangler, who was one of those early residents of Findhorn, began
writing down how those laws worked. In 1975, his writings were
first published as "The Laws of Manifestation". This
long-unavailable book is now available again with a new
introduction by the author. Spangler shows how we can all transform
our lives by working with these natural laws.In clear and lucid
prose, he recounts the history of manifestation and how to grow in
spiritual riches (the most important of all) in a step-by-step
guide to enlightenment. While other experts in this suddenly
burgeoning field tend toward applying manifesting energy toward
real estate, money, and myriad materials, Spangler looks at the
basis of what he describes as a change of form, or state, or
condition of being, not creating something out of nothing: From the
book: 'This is what manifestation is: the working of natural laws
of energy exchange and transference within a consciousness of the
Whole and through an attunement to the Presence of Wholeness...It
is a dynamic state of consciousness. On human levels, manifestation
does not replace working for a living, it is simply a different way
of expressing the livingness of the work and the work of living
where work is truly seen as 'Love in Action'.
A guide to untaming yourself on a quest to discover your inner
Sidhe nature, your ElvenHeart, for wholeness, healing, and
awakening * Explores who the Sidhe are and shares close encounters
with them in our modern world * Invites you to discover your
ElvenHeart by journeying through the four portals of the
StoneAnchor, the FlowDancer, the FireDreamer, and the WindSinger *
Offers gifts in the form of simple exercises to bring you into
contact with your magical kin and rewild yourself Awaken to your
closest kin, the Sidhe (pronounced "Shee"), and let them inspire
you to rediscover your gentle, wild, innermost nature, your
ElvenHeart. Also known as the Faery People or the Good Neighbors,
the Sidhe are not just figments of human imagination. They are
reaching out to us, encouraging a reunion with humanity, and
inviting us to partner with them in restoring wholeness to the
world. As they reveal, serving Gaia or healing the Earth from the
present crisis is not a convenience--it is a necessity. Offering an
experiential guide to reconnecting with the Sidhe and our inner
ElvenHeart, Soren Hauge explores who the Sidhe are, how both
humanity and the Sidhe emerged from a common ancestor, and how
their untamed nature and deep wisdom bears significance for an
aspect of our inner being that has gone to sleep. While the Sidhe
did not enter the physical dimension as deeply as we did, they are
real beings, very close to us, and different from angels, devas,
and nature spirits. Soren introduces his own Sidhe contact,
Fjeldur, and shares close encounters others have had with these
beings in our modern world. He also takes you on a journey of
rewilding through four portals--the StoneAnchor, the FlowDancer,
the FireDreamer, and the WindSinger--to discover the treasure of
your ElvenHeart at the core of your being. In the course of this,
Soren offers gifts in the form of simple exercises that help bring
you into contact with your magical kin and your inner Sidhe nature.
Through this wild quest, the journey of untaming yourself, you will
connect with your Sidhe partners, unfold their inner gifts in your
own being, and rediscover the forgotten land of innocent wildness
and gentle power within you.
This is a new edition of David Spangler's classic book on
manifestation. It has been out of print for some time but the
comments of Willis W. Harman, Former President, Institute of Noetic
Sciences are still relevant: A number of recent writers have set
out to unveil our amazing power to manifest what we want; none have
made it so clear that true effectiveness comes from choosing to
align what we want with the transpersonal will, as Spangler terms
it. His book is lively and easy to read; his clarity, simplicity,
and deep wisdom are inspiring.
This textbook is an edited transcript of a live online class
presented by the Lorian Association. The objective of this book is
that at the end, you will have an expanded and empowered view of
yourself, of who you are as an incarnate person. To do this, this
textbook examines both a set of ideas on the processes of
incarnation and the application of those ideas into everyday life.
This book further elucidates David Spangler's Incarnational
Spirituality and has philosophical and cosmological components, but
its ultimate intent is a practical one. The benefits will come from
applying this wealth of information into your everyday life.
This is David Spangler's newest introduction to Incarnational
Spirituality a term he uses to describe his approach to
spirituality.Since 1965, David Spangler has worked clairvoyantly
and intuitively with a group of non-physical beings from the inner
worlds of spirit. They identified themselves as being part of an
inner school whose purpose was to explore and develop a spiritual
teaching around the process of incarnation. This teaching is
intended to empower incarnate persons living in the physical
world-individuals such as you and me-to lead lives of greater
blessing and capacity and to be sources of blessing and service for
the world as a whole. From 1970-1973, David was a co-director of
the Findhorn Foundation Community in Northern Scotland. In 1974 he
co-founded the Lorian Association, a non-profit spiritual
educational organization, and continues to work with it today.
David is also a Fellow of the Lindisfarne Association, a gathering
of scientists, mathematicians, artists, spiritual and religious
teachers, ecologists, and political scientists, all interested in
promoting a new culture based on holistic and Gaian values. For
further information on his work, writings and classes, please visit

This amazing book chronicles sixty plus years of a modern mystic's
experience of the subtle worlds of spirit. Taking the attitude of a
field biologist David Spangler shares his rich experience and
wisdom gleaned from encountering Angels, post-mortem realms,
Spiritual Forces, Inner Mentors, Elementals, and other inhabitants
of our natural "second ecology." He makes the case that for
humanity to be healthy and whole and able to meet the global
challenges before us, we need to appreciate and engage these rich
and fascinating "energy" environments and the potential allies who
live within them. The pages are chock full of interesting stories
and anecdotes of the unseen Beings which share our planetary and
spiritual life.
On the most basic human level, we all want to be blessed. We want life to bring us good things, to shield us from harm, from fear, from loneliness. A blessing can be anything-a kind word, a prayer or ritual, a gesture, an embrace, a gift.
Blessing is the culmination of David Spangler's remarkable career as a spiritual thinker and teacher: the definitive book on how to channel our natural sense of compassion. With specific exercises and examples to guide and inspire us, this book helps us answer the ancient human calling within us all.

These stories range the gamut from fantasy to science fiction and
something in-between. Here you will find a young girl fighting for
her life in a strange realm into which she has been mysteriously
catapulted; a young boy needing to discover the most closely
guarded secret of an alien race; two former lovers forced to work
together to prevent the end of the world as we know it; an old man
mourning a love lost on the other side of time and space; and a
band of unlikely but intrepid heroes needing to use all the magic
and strength at their disposal to find and face the most fearsome
creature in their world. Who knows? Perhaps you will find here an
insight or two into the vast and mysterious world that surrounds
us. The stories are, after all, written by mystic extraordinaire
David Spangler. But mostly these tales will bring you wonder,
excitement and most of all, fun and a good laugh or two.
This classic book, first published in 1978, shows some of the
beginnings of the spiritual work of David Spangler while
co-director of the Findhorn Community and shortly thereafter. It
contains a new preface and one new chapter written in 2012. May it
be a blessing to you.
This book is a magical journey into the realms of the Sidhe, the
graceful "People of Peace" who are the overlords of the Faery
Kingdoms. With beautiful full-colored illustrations by Jeremy Berg
and text by David Spangler, author of Apprenticed to Spirit and
Subtle Worlds, this is a journey not only into a mystical realm but
also into the potentials of the human spirit and the possibilities
of a new consciousness within humanity. "This joyous and powerful
story sits well amongst other tales of faery and brings its own
enchantment. I really found myself carried off as I read, and
emerged at the end with a feeling of having been a lot further than
I thought. I'd put this right alongside Goethe's 'Tale of the Green
Snake and the Beautiful Lily' as of a kind that can only be written
by a true initiate. And the pictures which accompany it carry their
own power - drawing deep on the wells of lore and truth." - John
Matthews, author of The Western Way and How To See Faeries.

The subject of this book is inner spiritual service as defined by
David Spangler and his approach of Incarnational Spirituality. It
is part of the Lorian Textbook series and is the transcript of an
online class called "World Work." It has minimal editing to
preserve the flavor of the original class. The content has been
shaped in part by the unique nature of the orginal class.
This collection of twelve special essays grows from a series
written monthly by David Spangler and distributed through a monthly
email newsletter called "David's Desk" by the Lorian Association.
Each essay deals with common themes of spirituality as it applies
to everyday life. Written in straightforward language this book is
suitable for anyone. It is especially readable for those who might
be looking for a fresh approach to the inner life and outer
service.
Robert Ogilvie Crombie is probably best known as one of the seminal
figures in the history of the Findhorn Foundation community in
northern Scotland. He was the elderly Scottish gentleman who spoke
with nature spirits. But there was much more to this man's life and
work than just his association with Findhorn. As a scientist,
hermetic magician, and a researcher of the psychic realms, he was
in many ways a key figure in the history of esotericism in the
twentieth century. His story is less-well known than it could be
simply because he worked in solitude and privacy. He did not write
books and did not take students or attempt to found a group or an
esoteric school. When he shared some of his inner work with the
world at large, he did so through the lens of the Findhorn
community. In so doing, he exerted a powerful influence on the
imagination and spiritual work of thousands of people around the
globe, particularly in how they view humanity's relationship and
responsibility to the natural world. For anyone interested in the
history of Findhorn, the Western occult and magical traditions, or
the life of a working adept, this book is a must-read.
