This book is a journey through people and places. People who could be said to be our ancestors and carrying on right up to now, with some observations of people I have met along the way. Places takes us on a journey through Villages, Towns and Cities I have visited, poems written based on my own impressions. The final part of the book comprises of what could loosely be called inspirational poems, having a strong connection to nature and appreciation for the path we all have to take through life. Oh and you may notice that although some of the subject matter can be deep, you do need to bring along your sense of humour to enjoy many of these poems.

Like us, crystals contain energy vibrations within them. Not only does each type of crystal contain energy within its own spectrum, each individual crystal also contains its very own individual energy signal. Magnify a crystal sufficiently and get down to atomic level what you will see are single atoms in motion, surrounded by a lot of space, which is quantum energy.
