La atencion a los aspectos legales, cuando existe el empeno en modificaciones curriculares, separa las estrategias de cambios del nivel de las reflexiones teoricas que fundamentan el curriculo y su desarrollo practico para detenerse en las normas del mismo. Ese estudio busca contraponerse a eso. El marco teorico trae reflexiones sobre los conceptos y la evolucion de las teorias de curriculo considerando el tiempo y el espacio donde surgieron y determinaron influencia. Enseguida el foco es la formacion del profesor, evolucionando para las concepciones de la Educacion Fisica al enfoque de los aspectos ideologicos y legales, llegando entonces, en los estudios de las proposiciones y evaluaciones de un curriculo organizado con sistema de ideas, actitudes, normas y valores para la diversidad. En el marco metodologico el estudio opto por una investigacion-accion de caracter cualitativo. El desarrollo fue de manera interactiva con los sujetos envueltos, valorando mas el proceso de construccion de la misma que el producto final, el trabajo fue siendo construido segun las interacciones establecidas, donde la realidad pudo ser vivida y modificada.
