This book constitutes revised proceedings of the 17th International Conference on E-Commerce and Web Technologies, EC-Web 2016, held in Porto, Portugal, in September 2016, in conjunction with DEXA. The 13 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 21 submissions. The 51 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 92 submissions. All current aspects of CBR are addressed including case representation, similarity retrieval, adaptation, case library maintenance, multi-agent collaborative systems, data mining, soft computing, recommender systems, knowledge management, legal reasoning, software reuse, and music.
