It contains information about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Military Sexual Trauma (MST) and scriptures about light, shining, enlightenment, and illumination. It is designed to be used for instruction only and not for therapy. I've also included some of my original poetry that I hope will be inspirational to you.
