Seedlings is a touching story of an American family over the course

Told through the eyes of the family patriarch, William Carter, each

the family. Carr, who holds a BA in Elementary Education and a MA
in Educational Leadership has served as an elementary school
teacher and as a school administrator. He currently lives in
Virginia with his wife Janet and their two sons, Hudsonage four and
Cooperage three.
