Part One this work focuses on the teaching of primary school age children who are dyslexic or have specific learning difficulties; the aim is to bring them up to standards of literacy which they need if they are to function at their general ability level in school. Semiconductor device modelling has developed in recent years from being solely the domain of device physicists to span broader technological disciplines involved in device and electronic circuit design and develop ment.
