Spanish historical drama based on the life of 16th century
playright Lope de Vega. Returning to Madrid from the war, an
eagerly ambitious Lope (Alberto Ammann) is forced to take a job as
a copyist while he dreams of finding fame and fortune. He soon
falls for his employer's seductive daughter, Elena (Pilar López de
Ayala), little realising that she is in fact already married. When
she refuses to end her marriage for a future with the struggling
writer, Lope causes a scandal by publicising their affair. Now
accused of slander, Lope goes on the run, where he soon finds help
in the form of his childhood friend, the beautiful Isabel (Leonor
Watling).
Animated adventure following the escapades of amateur explore Tad
Jones (voice of Kerry Shale). Tad lives in Chicago and works in
construction, but dreams of becoming a famous explorer like his
hero Max Mordon (Adam Jones). His wish is granted when he takes the
place of a professor on a flight to Peru to unlock the legendary
Incan city of Paititi with the help of Mordon, Professor Lavrov
(Mac Macdonald) and his daughter Sara (Ariel Winter). Tad's new job
is not as easy as he dreamed though as the group are pursued by
henchman from the evil firm Odysseus Inc. who are also out to
explore the lost city and be the first to find any treasures it may
hold. Will Tad be able to overcome the distractions of working with
Sara and his hero to battle the corporation and their evil tricks
so they can reach the ancient city before it is lost forever?
Spanish historical adventure about the hunt for a soldier whose
actions caused Napoleon's first defeat. In 1808, at the height of
Napoleon's campaign against the Spanish, a single military drummer
causes the French army to panic and retreat when he uses the
Monserrat mountains to echo the sound of his drums. After hearing
of his army's humiliating defeat, Napoleon demands the drummer's
head, and dispatches an elite band of his most deadly imperial
guards to track down the young hero at any cost.
