Supernatural horror. A television crew working on a paranormal investigation series has so far disproved 49 claims of supernatural goings-on. However, when the series reaches its 50th episode, the crew gets more than it bargained for when it finds itself overwhelmed by a supernatural force hellbent on death, doom and destruction.

Pearry Reginald Teo co-writes and directs this dark thriller based on the Brothers Grimm fairy tale. After inheriting an ancient mansion from his uncle, Thomas Kaiser (Ethan Peck) begins to experience mysterious visions of a sleeping princess named Rose (India Eisley) shortly after moving in. Enlisting the help of estate agent Linda (Natalie Hall) and paranormal investigator Richard (Bruce Davidson), Thomas learns that the house holds a curse and that his bloodline is capable of lifting it and awakening Rose from her eternal slumber. However, as the group delve deeper into the mysteries of the mansion, they awaken a number of demons intent on putting a stop to their quest.

Ariel Vromen directs this gritty biopic tracing the career of New York contract killer Richard Kuklinski (Michael Shannon). After convincing his Catholic wife Deborah Pellicotti (Winona Ryder) that he works for Disney when he in fact produces porn videos, Polish-American Kuklinski soon finds himself on the payroll of local mobster Roy Demeo (Ray Liotta) as an 'enforcer'. As he warms to his new role amidst the New Jersey underworld, despatching 'contracts' with clinical precision, a striking contrast begins to build between that of the outwardly devoted family man and the ruthlessly efficient, emotionless killer.
