My recovery through multiple debilitating health challenges
provided me with many insights. I soon realized that I could
duplicate the 'symptom free' status I had achieved by having my
clients follow the strategies that worked for me. In 2007 I started
to write down the basics of my holistic health protocol, focusing
on natural cures, with the intention of writing a 'guide - how to
book' for my clients. I had so much information from my research
and client results 'that worked'. It was impossible to constantly
simply relay all this information to clients during visits - and
overwhelming for them. My son Andrew felt very strongly that I
needed to make this information available to the general public,
because he knew it could help a lot of people; so I published my
book, titled THE WHOLE PERSON WELL-BEING EQUATION in November of
2012. I knew he was right; if I knew a way for people to become
healthy - I had to share it. The first source for a cure is often
the medicine or supplement cabinet. These strategies are necessary
therapeutically at times. Your body can provide the natural cures
for many of your symptoms and health challenges. The human body was
created with many amazing abilities and an inner pharmacy, often
referred to as 'the doctor within'. Understanding and utilizing
those often misunderstood and mostly forgotten powers is crucial to
well-being. Exploring ways to continually develop and maintain
strength of mind and body will enable you to better endure the
demands of life with grace and confidence; ultimately allowing you
to stay focused on the pursuit of meaningful goals. Change and
fortitude often start with a healthy dose of fear. Sometimes the
fear comes through a 'wake up call' resulting from debilitating
symptoms, a diagnosis or loss of a loved one. Regardless of what
brings you to your 'brick wall', being prepared is vital. Becoming
knowledgeable about the factors affecting well-being and stocking
your 'well-being toolbox' to be ready for future health challenges,
is a sensible plan. Developing a well-being plan should take the
same priority as your investment, travel and retirement plans. The
WHOLE PERSON WELL-BEING EQUATION book is written in easy to follow
steps with references for those who want a more in depth
understanding. It is in essence 'a collection of natural cures in a
book' for much of what ails you. The self-help strategies provide
natural cures through mind/body healing, neuromuscular biofeedback,
visualization, rejuvenation, herbs, nutrition, goal setting and
changing limiting beliefs into surpassing beliefs - a holistic
health methodology. Well-being is a journey not merely a
destination. The information, self-help therapies and tools in this
workbook and the Grace of God will not only enable you to meet the
well-being challenges on your journey equipped; but will enhance
your present well-being allowing you to live your life to its
fullest and longest. Wrapping your brain around the holistic health
approach may require a paradigm shift. You may have to rewrite your
definition of what is possible about recovery and how health is
restored. Those who can accept this new way of thinking, and follow
my protocol are always pleasantly surprised at how they start to
feel some improvement almost immediately, and renewed health as
they continue with my regime. I guarantee the information in my
