Collection of four action adventures featuring the DC Comics superhero.
In 'Batman' (1989) the streets of Gotham City are no longer safe for
criminals, who are being picked off by a masked vigilante in a rubber
suit - dubbed 'Batman' by the press. Reporter Alexander Knox (Robert
Wuhl) teams with photographer Vicki Vale (Kim Basinger) in an attempt
to discover Batman's true identity - an investigation which leads them
to the door of mysterious millionaire Bruce Wayne (Michael Keaton).
LA cop John Spartan (Sylvester Stallone), nicknamed 'Demolition Man' due to his hands-on approach to law enforcement, is condemned to 70 years in the penal freezer after being set up by Simon Phoenix (Wesley Snipes), Public Enemy Number One. Halfway through his sentence, however, both he and Phoenix are catapulted out of captivity, discovering their city has been transformed into a peaceful utopia, under the benevolent rule of mayor Dr Cocteau (Nigel Hawthorne). As a mysteriously pumped-up Phoenix carries on where he had left off 35 years earlier, Spartan teams up with a comparatively feisty cop (Sandra Bullock) to bring him to justice and expose the man who is engineering the whole scenario.

Made-for-TV sci-fi drama starring Kyle MacLachlan as Intelligence Officer Jesse Marcel, the original investigator of the crash-landing at Roswell believed by many to be the work of aliens. The film opens with Marcel as an old man. He attends a reunion of his US Air Force unit and attempts to use the event to get to the bottom of what really happened in New Mexico in the summer of 1947. Back then Marcel and his commanding officer, Colonel Blanchard (John M. Jackson), believed they had found evidence of an alien landing, but were convinced by the powers that be to change their story. Will Marcel manage to find an explanation that satisfies him at last?
In 1790 the evil Lestat (Tom Cruise), a 200-year old vampire, decides he wants a buddy and chooses Louis (Brad Pitt). However, despite Louis' desire for death after his young wife's demise, Lestat hasn't banked on Louis being so guilt-ridden when it comes to sucking blood from humans. So whilst Lestat continues to feast upon human flesh, Louis sticks to rats and chickens. That is, until he meets the young Claudia (Kirstan Dunst). Two hundred years later, Louis tells his story to a young reporter (Christian Slater).
