This volume includes a Spanish translation of the Manifesto of the Earth Federation by Glen T. Martin together with a Spanish version of the Constitution for the Federation of Earth. The Manifesto was approved by the Provisional World Parliament as an official statement of the Parliament. It contains an in-depth analysis of the present world system showing how and why there is growing poverty, environmental destruction, war, and other disastrous tendencies.
