"Voluntourism" is coined from the merger of volunteerism and tourism, which is gaining global prominence. MIRATECH Korea has adopted the concept in its implementation of the company's corporate social responsibility through social entrepreneurship. The social enterprise is called "Korean VolunTourists Programs which is embedded in the International Volunteerism Vision Association (IVVA), based in Ligao City, Philippines.
