1907. Being the works of Shakespeare in the spelling of the best quarto and folio texts. Written in Old English from the Duke of Devonshire's copy of the Quarto, this volume contains the Shakespeare comedy entitled A Pleasant Conceited Comedy Called Loves Labor Lost, as it was presented before her Highness this last Christmas. Also has a listing of the actors in the play and a short commentary on the meter, language and meaning of the play.

The poet Davy, who, as he himself informs us, lived near London, and was well known far and wide, tells how, within the space of twelve months, beginning on a Wednesday in August, and ending on a Thursday in September of the following year, he dreamed five dreams, concerning Edward the king, prince of Wales, which are recounted in a hundred and sixty-eight octosyllabic lines, rhyming in couplets. This volume, edited by F.J. Furnivall, also includes: The Life of St. Alexius; Solomon's Book Wisdom; St. Jeremie's 15 Tokens Before Doomsday; The Lamentation of Souls.
