Rondonia is a state of opportunities and euphoria. The study directly linked to economic development such as industrialization and adding technology to the primary production. The key issues research deals with the question of land regularization in the state of Rondonia which is directly linked to development, particularly in terms of access to credit. The key challenges for the above study deals with defending the environmental concerns and also to ensure the right social balance in the population. This means the recuperation of powers to be able to include the 25% of the Rondonia population living in poverty. The above project will be eye opening for the entrepreneurs, traders, producers, small scale producers and investors by increasing access to use technology in production in order to be able to export products with added values for Rondonia.
