Aquaculture is one of the world's fastest growing food production sectors, as fish farming can offers an alternative solution to the increasing market demand for fish and fish protein. The successful productivity of fish depends mainly on water quality which includes the physical, chemical and biological characteristics of water. It is of paramount importance that fish farmers prudent water quality management for optimizing the conditions of water for optimum fish productivity.
