After the COVID pandemic in 2020, the importance of health services was once again understood by the whole world. Scientific research in the field of health services contributes greatly to the development of health services. In this book, there are a total of 26 chapters in 4 different scientific fields: 6 in nutrition and dietetics, 11 in nursing, 6 in physiotherapy and rehabilitation and 3 in health management.

The increased knowledge in health care and the development of health-care technologies is a great contribution to scientific studies in this field. In this context, this book will contribute to the development of health sciences and the quality of patient care, with a total of 14 scientific original research articles of which eight are on physiotherapy and rehabilitation, five on nursing, and one on health management.

This book was created in the light of experiences considering how individuals in different cultures in Turkey evaluate the concepts of health and disease. It is important to know the cultural characteristics of the community to allow individuals and societies to participate by accepting this service in order to provide them with the desired level of health care. The conditions that are culturally important are generally overlooked in the presentation of health services - providing a proper cultural health care, understanding the dimensions of culture, leading to a holistic approach more than biophysicality, increasing knowledge, changing approaches and improving clinical skills.
